BUY LAND FIRST IF AVAILABLE ..
THEN PAY RENT IN CORRESPONDING RENTAL BOX LOCATED AT THE CENTER OF THE SIM

******All Gestures, Objects And Sound MUST Be Restricted To This Parcel******
STEPS TO RENTING LAND:
1. Read land covenant AND rental box and if you accept terms then
"BUY" land to acquire land in your name. • The initial 500 linden payment is a security payment and may be returned upon departure, providing that the parcel is vacated peacefully.
2. Pay rental sign to start lease.
• Rental boxes can be found in The Commons.
• First payment for at least 1 week. Additional payments can
• be paid in weekly increments up to the maximum lease limit.
******Payment of rent is expected immediately after setup
and PRIOR TO ANY REZZING OF OBJECTS******
The rental script will IM you when your rent is 3 days from
being due.
